The Arkansas Teacher Retirement System (“ATRS”) mailed you important information regarding your service with our system. Unfortunately, the current address we have on file is outdated and the communication was returned to us as undeliverable. Please note that it is the responsibility of the member to notify ATRS of any address changes.
Please reach out to ATRS to update your contact information within the next thirty (30) days.
Counselors can be reached via phone at 501-682-1517 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. You can email ATRS at info@artrs.gov to request a Change of Address form. You can also update this information on your member portal via our website at https://www.artrs.gov/.

On behalf of the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System (ATRS), we would like to extend our appreciation for your dedicated service in the Arkansas educational system.
In an effort to better serve you and protect ATRS assets, ATRS now requires periodic verification of your mailing address and other contact information as part of our regular audit process for those benefit recipients residing outside the state of Arkansas.
We have mailed a Benefit and Address Verification Affidavit to the mailing address we have on file. In addition to sending this via postal mail we are e-mailing this notice to you in order to ensure we have successfully reached you.
If you did not receive the affidavit via postal mail, you may access an electronic version of the Benefit and Address Verification Affidavit online here: https://www.artrs.gov/Forms/new/Form_382-Benefit-and-Address-Verification-Affidavit.pdf
Benefit and Address Verification Affidavit must be filed by February 28, 2025, to avoid suspension of your benefits.
Your Attorney-in-Fact or court-appointed Guardian may sign on your behalf. Please attach a copy of the Power of Attorney or Letters of Guardianship if these documents are not already on file with ATRS.
